Mr. Sussman is in need of new PE equipment, and our Harney kids can make it happen! Harney is hosting a Fun Run to get the kids moving while earning donations for Harney's athletic program.

Students are encouraged to ask parents, friends and families for donation pledges for the amount of laps they will run. (Please do not ask strangers.) People can either donate per lap or offer a flat donation. The kids will run for about 30 minutes during their PE or dance time between the 20th and the 28th. They will then bring a sheet home with a tally of the laps they ran so they can collect their donations. All checks should be made out to Harney PTO, or donations can be made through the paypal link HERE (be sure to add your students name and teacher in the "note to seller"). Contributions are due by Friday 5th.  Donation sheets will go home this week!

Why collect?

1. All money goes to purchasing new PE equipment

2. The class that brings in the most money will get to have a free choice day of PE or dance.

3. The 3 top students that bring in the most money get to be a PE assistant for 1/2 a day.

4. Every student that brings in $10 or more gets a cool Harney frisbee.

Harney “Fun Run” está llegando!

Se anima a los estudiantes a pedir a los padres, amigos y familiares donaciones por la cantidad de vueltas que van a correr. Se ejecutará por unos 30 minutos durante Educación Física o baile. Por favor, no preguntes a extraños. La gente puede directamente donar o hacerlo por cada vuelta. Los cheques deben hacerse a nombre de Harney PTO. ¡Las hojas de donación irán a casa esta semana!

La semana después de las vacaciones de primavera los estudiantes correrán sus vueltas durante educación física o danza. Después llevaran una hoja casa, para recoger sus donaciones, en la que diga cuántas vueltas corrieron y entregar lo a la escuela. El último día para recoger dinero es el viernes 21 de abril.

¿Para qué colectar?

1. Todo el dinero se destina a la compra de nuevos equipos para Educación Física.

2. La clase que traiga más dinero obtendrá un día de elección libre durante educación física o danza.

3. Los 3 mejores estudiantes que traigan más dinero serán asistente de educación física por medio día.

4. Cada estudiante que traiga $10 o más ganará un fresbee de Harney.
